Well! I had applied for certified copies and got it in 2nd week of aug. When I analyzed the AMA Answer Sheet, I come to know that there are answers worth 20 marks which are exactly matching with the answers given in suggested answers and I got just 1 mark out of those 20 marks correct attempt. When I contacted ICAI they simply told me that there is no provision of revaluation. Your answers might be right but we are not interested in your answers if the right answers have been awarded with zero even then we dont have power to enhance any marks. Board of Studies are validating my answers as I personally visited Board of studies to find out whats wrong with my answers. I am just 12 short for becoming CA. Due to the restrictions imposed by ICAI, I am unable to share my answer sheets but believe me there is no difference between my answers and suggested answers more the working is also the same. Now Everyone suggesting me to move to the court for a writ petition. What are your opinions?

Carry on ur crusade against tyranny & whims of ICAI. Do not show any mercy to ICAI examiners if u are sure that u are in the right path.

Yes if its really so then you should definately fight for it... it happened to me as well in my previous attempt they don't award marks even when the ans is matched with the suggested..n in this attempt as well they must have done the same thing again not only with me but with many other students like you.I have not received my certified copies infact so far despite many complaints and the actual time of receiving these copies has also expired..I think they must have done the same with me as well ...can't say about all the subjects but in some of them..
You should fight for your future against such things...go ahead...
Based on what you've said, I'd say you have to Fight for Justice. Only then ICAI will realize that they can't play with the future of the students. Good luck!

Same thing happened with me in costing. I was initially awarded 7 out of 8 marks in ABC question. Then 7 was crossed and 1 mark was awarded. And the answer & presentation was matching with the suggested answer. Its just one instance out of many.
Get in touch with news channels. Let them take this issue to the national level.
