Sir I am in dealing of machinery parts and registered in karnataka(HO) also having branch in pune and got separate gstn in maharashtra
my question is can we sell materials to customer in maharashtra by Bill from ship from basis? if I billed from karnataka and materials are sending from branch of maharashtra, is there any problem by tax departments please suggest
