Sharing notes is offence in IT act 2008???

Remember, whatever shared online in form of notes of classes are not subject to copyright hence no violations, but if notes are taken from a book of an author having copyright then its an infringement of law. and legal actions can be levied in such cases.

some notes which are shared online... in pdfs.... 

have written in front of them... that any part of these notes should not be reproduced or transmitted in any form....

Yep then its a kind of copyright violation but no author cares for such violations as this will add a new portion in his fame.

but some videos of classes like CCI are shared online then there will be 100% actions gonna taken to take the video down and ask a claim from him.

the action will be against the person who uploaded the video... 

what about th person who just shared the link of such video to others ?

and what if some student shares his handnotes of a teacher or class....  via a scan copy...or some pictures..... 

i think this can be a debatable and knowledgeable topic to discuss about.... i would like to others also share their opinion nd facts of laws on this..... as we should have knowledge of whts right...whats not

If document is copyrighted then sharing to public is offense.
