What is the crieteria regarding No. of shares in a share Certificate. Is it necessery requirement to keep the denominator into equal figures in each certificate or we can issue share certificate as per application recieved.

e.g. 5000 shares per certificate or at random like 1000 in one certificate & 500 in other one.

Thanks in advance!!!

If you are allotting 10000 shares to a person through a BR then simply mention 10000 in the share certificate. There is no sense to issue 2 or more certificate to this single allotment. Further there is no limit regarding no. of share per certificate.

Revert if there is any doubt.

Thanks
