One of the Promoters of a listed company who was holding shares in the company demised 2 years ago. Company does not have any information about his whereabouts. His shares were not transferred/transmitted to anyone. How do the Company deal with his shareholding?
Please suggest.
The Company has decided to consider his shareholding under "Public" category and informed stock exchanges about the change in shareholding.
