Shareholders name change

You should take a letter from the conecrned shareholder in which that intimates you regarding the change in name and take back the share certificate in the old name afetyr that issue a fresh certificate in lieu of old one. You may have the same folio number

companies(issue of share certificate)rules,1959 comply...however upon conversion the shareholder will continue to enjoy the initial share certificate without changing the letter head of the company on its cetificates as the company is not struck off its just converted.....however upon request from the member new SC can be issued
