well its a good question.... ofcourse not all share holders cant attend the general meeting there rights are divided in 3 ways like individual sh holder,majority sh holder,minority sh holder & also there certain classes of share holder having the right to attend the meeting. MAY be some holders of company may attend the meeting by way of PROXY introduced.
