pls let me know why promoteers infuse fund through share warrant instead of prefential allotment? And if companies issued share warrant than we have to dividend also on share warrant? |

So that warrant can be withdrawn by non payment of remaining amount, if they done want to invest for long term or their confidence doesnt remain, same is not the case with shares. It can be remain unpaid as such...
