plz tell me

my friend qualified icwa inter both groups in dec 2011 with 52 percent

attempted nov 2011ipcc but failed ! and got 1 exemption !

and he will attempt caipcc both groups in may 2012.

if the recent changes by icai are approved . can he start articles now itself ?????

the said notification is not Finalised yet..

Its in Draft Stage...

Hence your friend need to wait for approval of the same by ICAI council
