What is the current rate for Share Transfer stamp for Transfer of Shares of a Pvt. Ltd. Co.?

In the case of Private Company the transfer deeds are vaild for only two months. ensure the same :)

Yes, But in case company is self controlled, then four months back dated can also be used. Two months for execution and two months at company's end.
