Dear All, A foreign shareholder with two joint holders(i.e. his father and wife). Heclaims that both his joint holders are dead.he got divorced with his wife before she died and hence he cannot get Death Certificate. Divorce judgement was provided. But our Share transfer Agents are not ready to transfer share unless they get attested death certificate of his Divorced wife or an affidavit from the shareholder statin that he is the sole owner of the shares. Please send me a format of Affidavit and indemnity bond which suits this case. Regards, Shaila
