One of our founder directors is not in a position to continue with the venture we just started and wants to opt out.
We have incorporated the company.Though we have not yet issued the physical share certificate.
Please let me know the various options.
Also, would be great if anyone can provide link to the share transfer form/requisite documentation template in this scenario.
