I would like to know whether the frequency for conducting Share Transfer Meetings for listed Companies is prescribed??
Also whether the meeting is suppose to be called for transfer of Physical shares only or DEMAT as well as physical shares??

Share transfer committee meeting is to be held as and when required, no frequency has been prescribed. It is called only for approving physical transfer of shares. Company does not play any role if transfer is in demat.
