Can we paid in mode of cash for share transfer amount

I didn't get query clearly. If u asked about the mode of payment of money for share transfer. Bank transfer,(NEFT or RTGS), cheque payment, cash payment can be made. However it is advised to always resort to bank transfer inorder to avoid unnecessary future litigations.
The Companies Act, 2013 is silent about the mode of payment.
