I Want to know that Can a shareholder transfer 3 share certificates of 100 each to another shareholder even if its mentioned in Annual Return that 300 shares are transferred by him and not 3*100=300 shares each. or the 3 share certificates have to be cancelled and a new share certificate for 300 shares has to be issued..............

Yes, a shareholder can transfer 3 share certificates of 100 each to another shareholder
You are not required to cancel 3 share certificates and new share certificate for 300 shares is not required to be issued.

At the back of the certificate endorse the name of the person to whom it is transferred
