Face value needs no calculation. It is to be decided by the management. Refer capital clause of your MoA for the same.
In case of private company issue price is to be also decided by the management considering provisions of Articles & Rule 13 of Companies (Share Capital & Debentures) Rules 2014. Just keep in mind Sec.56(2)(viib) of IT Act 1961.
