what is market correction and how & why it is done..
and how can the bull run of the sensitive index harm our economy..

Market is purely run on the basis of Demand Supply position on the particular script and Correction is towards both end Positive and Negative,bull run normally do have positive Impact on Economic if Inflations R taken care off.but if GDP is not commensurate with Bull run it may give boost up to Inflation and harmful to economy.

Besides what Mr Popat said. Actually at present market is not driven by the fundamentals of companies. Rather it is overflowing of FII's funds which create over supply of funds for the same no of good stocks and hence unreasonable surge in the market. With the exit of FII's on profit booking or else their will be a correction.

MARKET IN SHORT TERM DRIVEN BY SENTIMENT,MEDIUMTERM DRIVEN BY LIQUIDITY AND LONG TERM DRIVEN BY FUNDAMENTALS.
AS LONG AS THE SENTIMENT IS BULLISJH IN SHORT TERM IT WILL GO UP
AS LONG AS THE LIQUIDITY IS GUD IT WILL GO UP IN MEDIUM TERM

Yes give, take , supply demands are baiscs of all market and in order to succed you need to concentrate on all this matters.
