Hi Friends

I would like to Invest in Share Market, Pls let me what r all precautions to b taken, how to invest.

and also let me know abt DEMAT A/C and how to open a demat a/c, whether should i pay for

opening demat aic.

unless you've good understanding of share market and that how it works don't enter it, first take advice of the people having knowledge in this field and play safe by investing in only blue chip shares and reputed companies, don't follow news and sms tips for your investing decisions,always do your own analysis. As far as demat account is concerned,there are many broking firms offering demat account, among them are Sharekhan, Indiainfoline etc. consult them or visit their sites for more info.

As you might know, most investors in any stock market in the world can be divided into two broad groups- Individual investors and Institutional investors .
*Individual investor* means an investor like you and me who is investing own money.
On the other hand, an *institutional investor* is a mutual fund, pension fund or a company like Microsoft who is investing others' money (I mean clients' money or shareholders' money).
