A pvt company wants to issue shares to its selective shareholders ( not all ) out of the reserves and surplus ? as per me itz not happening ,, plz confirm !
thers an option for Bonus issue , is it necessary that bonus issue shud be issued to all ,,, plz quote the neccessary section where i cud refer the matter .
Any other option available ?
According to me a private company can issue shares to the selective shareholders as section-81 for right issue is not applicable to a private company.
