Details of shareholder is given in Annual return performa folio-wise.

If u hv uploaded Annual return with Form 20B there is no need to separately attach Shareholder List.

You mean to say that you have submitted the list of shareholdres along with form 2, without including the promoters holdings

And then now at the time of filing of form 20B with ROC whether the promoters shareholding should be included or not??
