when i submittent list of share holder along with allotement return i did not include share of promoter in allotement list.
now filing of annual return of form 20b co. have to submit list of share holder . whether share issued to promoter will also be given in share holder list or not which is submitted to roc in form 20b.
Details of shareholder is given in Annual return performa folio-wise.
If u hv uploaded Annual return with Form 20B there is no need to separately attach Shareholder List.

You mean to say that you have submitted the list of shareholdres along with form 2, without including the promoters holdings
And then now at the time of filing of form 20B with ROC whether the promoters shareholding should be included or not??

Details of promoters share holding 100% required to be given.
Agree with Ankur Sir.................Shareholders list is inclusive of the shares held by all the members till AGM for the corresponding financial year.......
