Yes. I have hired one. But their is not surity of dealines from his side . I just need these details to schedule my further deadlines.

It is better to acquire a DSC as it will help you in future for all filings....Within 2-3 days you can get a DSC....regiatration on MCA is also an immediate process......

A private limited Company has to have min 2 shareholders...however if yu want to hold 100%, you can appoint a nominee shareholder on your behalf....such thing will require further filing of info and forms with ROC....share transfer is also not a lengthy process.....
