Can someone help on providing share allotment letter draft for a private limited company. I have to file FCGPR with the AD, they are asing for share allottment letter for Subscribers to the MOA. Please help

There is no question of 'allotment' of shares to subscribers. They automatically become members of the company on its incorporation u/s9. Allotment is made only after the company comes into existence. You can directly issue share certificate to the subscribers after passing Board resolution and send copy to RBI.
