Will the allotment letter for issuing CCPS be similar to that of the one posted by Ankur Sir?  I will be highly obliged if you can let me know of the same at your earliest and if there is any difference , kindly post me a new format if possible..

Hi,

Can you please confirm, whether after transfer of securities whether seperate certificate is to be issued for transfer or we can go ahead with endorsement on the back of the relevant share certitificate.

Ex: Mr. A, shareholder, 5000 shares, Certificate No. 1, transferred to Mr. B, whole 5000 shares.

So as per new act, 2013, do we need to make another Certificate No. 2 or enter the details of transferee at the back of Certificate No. 1?

Only Endorsement. No fresh certificate required.
