Myself Medha Bhargava - completed Company Secretary successfully from ICSI. Prior experience in MNC sector, currently working in Practicing firm as Company Secretary. Engaged in the corporate law in the areas like: ROC handling matters, filing of annual returns, drafting of minutes, resolutions, drafting of letters and correspondence to various departments.
Formation of new companies, LLP, alteration in MOA and AOA as per new act and other related tasks are being taken care off.
Gaining knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and amendment from time to time.
