Hi Friends Please help me to understand, Why SGST And CGST is not applicable for SEZ Unit ?
and what is LUT certificate ?
We have charged SGST and CGST in our invoice and i have received revert from Client that SEZ unit is not applicable for the same and our invoice is not having IGST column so he is asking for LUT certificate. Please help me to understand these case.
same rules applicable for sez as per exports
for exports it is zero rate supply meance no gst payable
but for that u have to do things lut certificare one of them
