so which form choose itr1 or 2

See, itr 1 and itr 2 is differentiated if you are having income from more than one house property in the f.y 19 - 20. Not because of sft . make sure if you have rented the house property , show that income and if it exceeds more than one as I said above, then only you need to file itr 2 ,else itr 1 assuming you have no business income and capital gains in 19 - 20.
