SFM Module plus pm along with RTP will be a better choice rather than having any ref books....
ya.. but i have not any conceptual clearity in this subject . direct preparation from study material is it ok ???

Go for Sanjay Saraf classes. That would be best for CA Final SFM

As Amit said rightly, S D bala is the best book for self study. You will really feel like a live lecture. If u don't have classes, then only option remains for conceptual clarity and thats S D Bala/ V Pattabhiram book.
Once your concepts are clear, then you can try some problems from other books for variety. But ICAI PM/RTPs are must.
Shridhar has good variety of problems but does not clear concepts. Those who have done classes won't understand what is the difficulty in understanding FM without classes. So people may suggest other books. I have Shridhar as well as S D Bala. As I could not understand from Shreedhar, I had S D Bala and it really hepled me.
