3) Is it essential to obtain Trademark registration number?

4) Can a bank account be opened in the name of the propritorship firm (Please list down the Documents to be submitted in this regard.)

5) Is there any mandatory requirement for a member of ICAI (Not having COP), to intimate the ICAI about carrying out a propritorship firm or any specific permission from ICAi is necessary? (If yes, then please provide the form or any other details which can be helpful)
