set off of leave

Can i set off the excess leave takenin first firm by taking lesser leave in second firm????/

The leave restriction is in totality irrespective of the number of firms, hence set off can be done.

Pls. explain how can we avail the benifit of set off?

Does this mean working on Holidays or working more than 35 hrs. a week?
