Few of my FMPs matured this year and there will be LTCG. I do have certain junk stocks purchased earlier ( more than 3 years) with higher price and if i sell them now off-market with delivery ( without STT ) , can i set off the loss against the LTCG above. If yes , can i also apply indexation on purchase price of the equity ?
