Set-off against group 2

I appeared for Both Groups of IPCC May 2013, failed in both groups but got an exemption in Paper1-Accounts.. I'm thinking of taking exemtion, but will i get set-ff against Group2 in next attempt?

Suppose i got 60 in Acounts in May2013 attempt.. & let's say i  may score 210 in Group 1 in NOVEMBER 2013 (including exemption) & score only 140 in Group 2 in Nov 2013.. Will i pass?? or i will have to score 150+ in Group 2 to satisfy condition of 50% in a group?
