just i wanted to LPG cylinder 14.2 KG vat rate 3% and 19 kg vat rate 12.5 % . 14.2 kg is use for domestic use ( DBTL ). so we will can take in exempt also sales and purchase of 14.2 Kg Gas ?

purchase hpcl take vat on 14.2 KG Cylider ( DBTL ) of 3 % ( in 14.2 KG subsidy given by govt )
in purchase 19. KG cylinder of 13.5%
we have sale in basis of cash memo so told me.
we can take in exempt Ya inculsive of TAX ?
