 Is there any provision of service tax liability where if service is provided under brand name exemption limit of Rs. 10 lacs not available ? And if so is it applicable in the given case?

Mr Singhal,

You may register with "Service Tax Authority" it you like, with any amount of Turnover.

10 lake limit is for the small enterpenures.

As govt has exempted those small enterpenures.

The small service provider exemption is available only to services which are not branded. If the TW/FW manufacturer also does servicing and you are using his name then there maybe no exemption available and ST has tobe paid from day 1.
