We are a company having Service tax registration & had taken a legal opinion from individual advocate & she has charge Rs. 7500 for the same. No bill has been reveiced only receipt copy is received. So is there any liablity of service tax on reverse charge mechanisim.

if you are accounting the same as legal expenses, it is better to pay service tax under reverse charge.
I have shown the same under legal & professional charges. Do i need to pay service tax? As i think i will have to take a seperate rgistration for same & this instance will not be repated in future.
