As per new ST-3 we have to fill Notification no. with serial no. to claim any exemption/abatement. As per negative list, broadcasting service has been exempted w.e.f. July 2012. May any one provide me notification no. with serial no. please

Don't include the amount received against -ve services in the Gross Amt. ....because -ve services are different from exempted services ....in fact
-ve services are not even any service therefore to be totally ignored ...
