My co is pvt ltd co and compnay was paid offcie rent approx Rs 8 lac per annuam to director
kindly advice for this service was is taxable in service tax under rcm or not and any serivce tax will be payable by co under Rcm.

RCM is not applicable on Rent.
RCM applicable to sitting fees paid and other remuneration paid to non executive directors , hence it will not be applicable for rent payment
agreed with the above.
The Co would be liable ONLY if rent was part of Director's remuneration and the director was not a whole time director.
