Kindly cofirm me whether we can file with in one week or 15 days for service tax registration cancelation or suurender.

so such time limit is prescribed, online submission is done, and now the assesee has to submit the requisite finance records and original RC to RO for next step of action. however if any return is pending then file it, and if any SCN is pending, then mention it clearly in the forwarding letter,
submit as soon as possible, mostly people do it on the very next day.
