Service tax - st3 form error

Even I am facing the same issue. Suggestions please..

If you dont have any amount to be entered in the row, select the row and click delete row. Now the return will get validated.

B1.15, Row Nos 124 and 125, i have the details to be filled in the second row.  The first row (row no.124) the values are 0 and we cannot delete the row, second row has the value so i cannot delete.  Please suggest

Give zero in all other colums and try. Make sure it sums up to the same amount as that of B1.14.

IF YOU HAVE ONLY 15% SERVICE TAX PAYABLE THEN 

DELETE THE COMPLETE TAXABLE RATE OF 15%

AND

EDIT THE FIRST ROW OF 14.5% TO 15%
