A Private Limited company was operating in Delhi and thus registered with Service Tax in Delhi. Turnovr is 18 Cr p.a.. Three years back it shifted its office to Gurgaon but still continuing filing returns in Delhi. Is it OK or th company is required to register with Service Tax Department in haryana.Having office in Gurgaon, company is not payng any kind of tax to haryana Govt. What may be the implications and consequences.?
Th compsny relates to service industry and is working for providing mterial and services for exhibitions. Registered with EPF and ESIC also.

You need to amend registeration form ST 1 online.It should be intimated to jurisdictional Assistant/Deputy Commissioner Central Excise. If not intimated within 30 days , penalty may be imposed upto Rs . 5000/-.
