Service tax returns new form ( st-3 )

In new service tax return from we have to mentioned notification no for abatement , but there only notification no 14/2012 available to select  & form dont allow to manually  type notification no, I have to mentioned
notification no 30/2012 for abatement of manpower recruitment agency services .......please help me

NN 30/2012 dealing with manpower supply is available under exemption cell at A 11.2 serial 8.
