Service tax return - st-3

Dear all members,

Will you please suggest me.. if i m not wrong, As ST-3 form in excel utility in ACES site is seems wrong for the assessee who opt for tax payment on the basis of gross amount charged in the bill.. But in ST-3 return in excel utility the service tax is calculated on Gross amount received..

So the main problm is that how to fill the ST-3 in excel utility. Please suggest.
