Respected Madam/Sir,
A service provider registered himself as works contract service provider in quater april-june'13 but he started providing the service in oct-march'13. how do i show it in his return for 0ct-march'13 qaurter and what are the remedial measures.
Hello Mohit, you have to mention the services in the respective qtr of their provision even if u have taken late registration....but practical problem is that the system is rejecting the returns by giving error msg that no services to be shown for period prior to registration...hope the same will be corrected very soon...
