Dear Sir / Madam,

A service tax return was filed and the status of the same is shown as "Filed". However,the generated ST3 is creating confusion in mind. It states

"Following issues have been found in your return :"

and then a general information PART A and other information continues. The question is what is the issue? Nothing is specified below "Following issues have been found in your return :".

Attached is the copy.

Please guide.

As the Attached PDF file shows that there is no ST No filled in. Due to this name of the Assessee and Premises Code, Address are also remain blank at the time of uploading the file.

Plz filled the correct ST regn no and upload again.

That field has been edited to maintain client's confidentiality. However, in original copy the same is filed.

The line, following issues have been found in your return, is a default field. If there is any error in the return, it will be specified beneath the line.

If nothing has been mentioned, then there isn’t any technical error in your return. Hence, no need to worry.
