07 August 2013Hi all, One of my client has not filed any return since registration. He wants to avail VCES for regularising the service tax returns. The scheme is available for the period from 01/10/07 to 31/12/12. If we want to file the Service Tax Return for the period from October'12 to Mar'13, then, what procedure should be followed? Whether tax to be paid and return shall cover the period from Jan'13 to Mar'13 only?

Dear sir,
If we avail for VCES scheme for period from July 2012 to December 2012 then how to file the service tax return for period from January 2013 to March 2013
If we want filed the July 2012 to September 2012 service tax return than can be penalty waived if our service tax liability is still outstanding
