Challan for making payment - GAR 7 Challan (Appropriate accounting code should be selected from the reverse of the challan)

The return can be submitted online at this site https://www.aces.gov.in. You should register first.

Almost all the banks (scheduled banks) accept payment of ST. You can also make payment online at the above website.

Form for service tax return is From ST-3 .  Challan is ST GAR 7 and challan  for deposit of tax  form is TR 6 . Service tax can be deposited online.
