Service tax report on bill basis in tally erp 9

Hi Tally Experts,

I want to know  whether it is possible to get the service tax report on Bill  basis as the same is shown on realisation basis in tally.

If there is some TDL  to get this report

Also is there any way by which i can change the rate of TDS.........i know the main rate 10% can be changed........but the EDU CESS and SHE do not change.........I want to set TDS rate @ 10% only and no cesses which are  provided by tally by default. Is there any way that the cesses dont get charged by default.
