Service tax has been paid on the basis of Bill Raised to the Party in the financial year 2011-12 and now payment not been recieved from the concerned party now assessee want refund from service tax department can assessee claim service tax refund in the current year provide me with notification or as per law

The service provider cannot claim any refund from the Dept. It can adjust the service tax paid against future tax liability of next month/quarter in pursuance of Rule 6(4A) of Service Tax Rules 1994. Rule 6(3) will not be applicable here.
Please correct me if I am incorrect or you have found some other answer.
