22 June 2011Can anybody let me know the following:
X Co Ltd has other taxable service income of20Lacs. The Co also earns6 Lacs as renting of commercial property.
Do the exemption limit for service tax will apply seperately for each taxable service? Should he take seperate service tax code for each service? Do the company needs to pay service tax on6 Lacs of rental income?
Can anybody please let me know?

consolidated gross taxable service provided per entity ( per PAN number) applicable.
