Service tax registraton firm name?

Reason of firm name change?

as service tax regn is PAN based, so change of PAN name is required 1st, then trade licence change, and then proceed with these two to ST department for change of name in ST regn.

Name of Trustee   : G.G.D system.

HOW TO MODIFICATION ? ANY REQUEST LETTER TO ASSESSING OFFICER

trustee and proprietor? 

dont make the issues complicated...........

trustee may have member or secretary, not the proprietor

a proprietorship business will have only one sole proprietor.

on your document submission, department may reject the ST-1, if such details are mentioned

you can seek amendment to the ST-2, by submitting 

"trade licence" which should carry business name, name of proprietor, address and nature of business.

a fresh ST-1 should be enclosed with application for amendment.
