Service tax registration required
Dear friends,
If company started September 2016 and it is a information technology related company. In January 2017 it will cross 10 lakhs of turnover. So this company is eligible for service tax registration? In present situation company register service tax or GST? Please clarify it.

IF IT HAS CROSSED TURNOVER OF RS. 10 LAC IN JANUARY IT NEEDS TO REGISTER FIRST UNDER SERVICE TAX ACT AND THEN APPLY FOR MIGRATION
